A roads and sewer contract with a McCann concrete attenuation tank, foul pumping station and offsite stormwater outfall. The works also involved the import and engineering of 12,300m3 of suitable fill material to bring the site up to level and the installation of geogrid and stone piling mats for half of the site. We aslo constructed the first 20no plots on site prior to the groundworker started on site.
